Services provided by independent partners
- Preparation of financial statements and advice on the applicable reporting framework.
- Statutory audits carried out by the appointed independent licensed auditor or audit firm.
- Specific-purpose assurance or financial due diligence, subject to the provider’s assessment of the proposed work.
The appointed auditor assesses the applicable requirements, performs the audit and issues the audit opinion. Acceptance is subject to the auditor’s professional and independence requirements. The scope, responsibilities, fees and reporting arrangements are agreed for each engagement.
