Olga Pivovarova & Associates LLC is a law firm based in Nicosia, Cyprus, focusing on corporate and tax law. We support entrepreneurs, companies, international business groups, family offices and private clients with company formation, ongoing corporate matters, business planning and restructuring.
Coordinated support
We provide a single point of contact for legal and corporate matters and coordinate tax, accounting and audit support with independent accountants, auditors and other specialists where required. For cross-border work, we liaise with relevant advisers in the jurisdictions involved.
The scope of each engagement is agreed around the client's circumstances, business objectives and applicable requirements. Communication is available in English, Greek, Ukrainian and Russian.
